Air Con install throughout community association building
This project was to install air conditioning throughout all the offices, reception area & community hall. A mixture of multi splits and twin splits were selected at design stage, as being best option to retro fit. Comprising mostly of compact ceiling cassettes designed especially to fit within the space of existing 600 x 600 ceiling tiles. All kit installed was Fujitsu as specified in the design brief. In total we installed 46 fan coil units fed from 17 outdoor units. Building remained open whilst work was being completed so we had to liaise with building management to complete all work with minimal disruption to their clients and the public.

3-way multi split Installation
At this domestic property we installed a Samsung 3 way multi split system. The customer wanted us to find an alternative to wall mounted units so we offered the customer the Samsung 1-way ceiling cassettes with Windfree feature. Units are also fully controllable with Samsung’s Smart Things app. They are exceptionally quite so ideal for bedrooms. All pipework was run in the loft area of the property across to the location of the 3 way outdoor unit. All pipework run externally was encased in black trunking. Supply and install temporary bar equipment and dispense draught cocktails
There was a total of 12 bars each with 8 – 12 taps serving Strawberry Daiquiri, Gin & Tonic, Mojito, Sunset Gaze & Pale rose wine. We had a little over a week to complete the installs all on the pitch side bars that were located all round the edge of the field of play. Immediately after the first concert we had to fully remove all the equipment to allow the stadium operators to alter the pitch to host the MLB baseball. Once the baseball was over the pitch was then put back into “concert mode” and we had to complete the installs all over again for the Weeknd concerts. All events were a huge success and it was great to see customers enjoying the range of drinks made available to them by the team at Delaware North.
Coca-Cola
Supply and install Subway Restaurants with Coca Cola.
Working on behalf of Coca Cola Europacific Partners we are please to be a part of the nationwide draught postmix conversion. Moving away from Pepsi Cola Subway Restaurants struck a deal with Coca Cola to change drinks suppliers. This meant that all the Subway stores need to have their draught post mix equipment replaced with new Coca Cola dispensing equipment. The project started in January this year and will be running through to May. We are completing an average of 6-7 installs a week across Essex, London, Suffolk & Hertfordshire. Here are a few installs we have completed so far.
House Renovation
Intallation of hree 14kw systems to allow more heating & cooling in the house.
This project was a part house renovation where two Invisible AC 20kw air handlers was previously installed. Our brief was to remove all the current equipment including as much as the ducting as accessible in the loft area. From two 20kw systems we were moving to three 14kw systems to allow more heating and cooling to be fed throughout the house. All three systems comprised of 2 coils and 2 condensers, so each system had a backup condenser connected to ensure the customer was not left without heating or cooling should anything fail in the future. Six double fan 14kw condensers had to be lifted up on to the roof using a mobile crane and we installed over 100mts of spiral ducting. We completed this project working in partnership with Thirstfix Dispense Services.

Multi Split Install
The brief was for us to remove a single wall mount situated in the clients living room and upgrade to a new Daikin wall mounted multi split system, also feeding 3 other rooms. Because this was an apartment, there was no visible way we could run pipework from each wall mounted unit to the balcony where the condenser was to be sited. The only option we had was to create access in the plastered ceilings to allow us to run all the pipework in the ceiling void across the apartment to the balcony. This proved difficult as we didn’t want to make too many access holes within the already decorated ceilings, but we did manage to get all pipes and cables in to where they needed to be. The customer was very pleased with the outcome and was not able to tell where the access panels were cut once we had completed all redecorating. All units were producing great temperatures in both heating and cooling.

Ducted unit & MVHR – Garden Room
Customer wanted a ducted system and a mini mvhr system installed into his newly built garden room. Behind the garden room the customer had a storage room built. This was where he wanted us to install the ducted a/c unit and the mvhr. Space was of an optimum, but we managed to keep everything nice and compact all mounted on the ceiling, so the customer didn’t lose any of his storage space. We installed a Vent Axia HR100RS heat recovery unit for the ventilation and a Panasonic 3.5kw low static ducted unit for heating and cooling.
